II. How to Shop

1. How to place an order?

Select your good → Add to cart → Log in / Register (Optional) → Enter shipping address → Choose shipping and payment methods → Confirm order → Make payment

Generally, the goods will be shipped within 72 hours.

2. What are the cancellation policies for orders?

You can modify or cancel your order when the status is “Pending Payment” or “Processing.”
For all other statuses, please contact customer service.

2. How long will the overseas delivery take?

Usually it takes 7–20 working days (according to the destination and local custom), you can track your order.

3. How to track my order?

4. What if the product shipped is broken or I receive a wrong product?

Due to the special nature of this product, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if the item is damaged during shipping, please contact customer service to arrange a replacement.
